At this stage, the company operates exclusively on a proprietary basis, using its own funds and at its own risk, via public P2P marketplaces.
Starting from December 30th 2025 and until MiCA authorization is granted, we will not accept or execute client orders, nor provide any crypto-asset services. The company will not engage in individual communications related to trading activity and will not accept requests via messaging platform (including Telegram) or the website contact form.

Since all our deals are happening through reputable cryptocurrency exchanges such as Binance, Bybit and HTX, you can be sure that your assets are safe. When you open the order with us, our digital assets are being automatically transferred to the escrow wallet until the deal is completed. Similarly, when you sell to us, you release your digital assets only when you see funds arrive to your designated bank account.
Fides Capital s.r.o. is a licensed virtual assets service provider (VASP), which is regulated under the laws of Slovak Republic and is FATF Travel Rule compliant, thus, all our clients that buy or sell assets above a certain threshold are obliged to complete KYC procedure with our partner Sumsub to adhere with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
In case the client fails to complete KYC procedure and fiat hasn’t yet been transferred, the order is cancelled. If the client has made the transfer and failed to complete KYC, we refund the senders account. The refund is subject to 2% commission (but not less than EUR 3).
We currently only accept transfer from the banks operating within the European Union using SEPA payment system. We also only deal with clients from within the European Union or countries which are a part of the SEPA payment system.
